# Upgrade and Staking

Did you know that MetaPopit can become even smarter? How? By studying!

MetaPopit offers the players the possibility of sending their character(s) to school, by staking their NFT(s). They can lock up their MetaPopit to get special powers and increase their level. The longer the studying period, the more the MetaPopit can learn, the more the advantages are!

Getting from level 0 to 1 takes X hours — it's much slower if you level up NFTs by completing puzzle levels (rooms, mini-games)

The players can unstake them whenever they want. Unstaking will stop the progress and will take the MetaPopit back to the start of the last level reached.

&#x20;**Advantages classes:**

● 2 MetaPopit class gets an X1% boost on each one.&#x20;

● 3 MetaPopit class gets an X2% boost on each one, as long as the 3 NFTs remain staked. \
They also gain a Y1% chance to get x2 more $Popit cryptocurrency from the game.

● 4 MetaPopit class gets an X4% boost on each one, as long as the 4 NFTs remain staked. \
They also gain a Y2% chance to get x2 more $Popit cryptocurrency from the game.

● 5 Metapopit class gets X5% boost on each one, as long as the 5 NFTs remain staked. \
They also gain a Y3% chance to get x2 more $Popit cryptocurrency from the game.&#x20;

If the players takes one or more MetaPopit out of the class by unstaking it/them, this will stop the progress and will take that/those MetaPopit back to the start of the last level reached.

The staking of the remaining MetaPopit (if they are more than one) will be in line with the percentage of the actual class.

**Example**: If the player has a 4 MetaPopit class, and they decide to unstake 1 MP, they keep staking the others with an X3% boost and Y1% chance to get x2 $Popit сryptocurrency from the game. If they unstake 2 MP, they keep staking the others with an X1% boost, etc.
